How It Works
1. Let’s start with a free discovery call
We’ll chat about what’s happening with your child’s sleep, what your goals are, and how we can best support your family. There’s no pressure, just a chance to connect and see if we’re the right fit.
2. Share your child’s sleep story
Together, we’ll complete an in-depth questionnaire to learn about your child’s sleep routines, environment, and what you’ve already tried. This helps us create realistic, achievable goals that make sense for your family.
3. Receive your personalized sleep plan
You’ll get a custom sleep strategy designed specifically for your child’s age, needs, and personality. This is a gentle, supportive roadmap to better sleep for everyone.
4. Get ongoing, one-on-one support
We’ll meet for four 30 minute virtual follow-up sessions to review progress, adjust the plan as needed, and answer your questions. You’ll never feel like you’re doing this alone.
5. Stay supported every step of the way
For four weeks, you’ll have email check-ins and guidance while you put the plan into action. You’ll have help and encouragement when you need it most.

 With over ten years of experience in public education, I have worked closely with neurodiverse children and their families. I understand that every child’s path to success is beautifully unique, and the path to restful sleep is no different.My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in behavioral science AND it’s also filled with compassion and respect for you child’s individuality. My goal is simple - for every parent I work with to feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to help their child rest easier, and to finally find some rest for themselves, too.
